His human-centered research approach provides every client with evocative, data-informed insights, while his innovation of agency services brings fresh thinking to M Booth Health’s marketing communications, public affairs, and social impact clients. Mark’s most recent work includes spearheading end-to-end research for clients that include Genentech, the WHO, UnitedHealthcare and Organon – providing insights that informed new brand value propositions, influencer choices, and engaging social campaigns. He also collaborates on original thought leadership research – recently publishing “The Pharma Brandemic®: How COVID-19 vaccines have changed healthcare marketing forever” – which earned industry acclaim and was featured in Scientific American, AdAge, Newsweek, CBS News, PharmExec, and Nasdaq.
