Mark leads the research and planning practice at M Booth Health.
With over a decade of research and strategy experience, Mark has helped build research and insight practices from the ground up for marketing and communications agencies in the US and the UK. Since beginning his career as a research fellow, he has specialized in uncovering and analyzing the needs of niche audiences and his career has taken him across the consumer tech and healthcare landscape. Mark leads the design and execution of quick turn and in-depth ethnographic research that delivers breakthrough audience insights and brand strategy. He has led these efforts on brands such as Genentech, Google, Samsung, P&G, and Johnson & Johnson.
Mark grew up in a small village just outside of London and received his bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of York, UK, specializing on the emergence of digital and social media and its predicted impact on society.
