Lisa partners with her M Booth Health clients to ensure media, advocates and policymakers better understand how policies and environmental structures influence access to medicines.
Lisa currently works with M Booth Health client Gilead Sciences to advance its efforts to bring medicines to the people who need them most and ensure that stakeholders understand the company’s commitment. Her 15 years of communications experience includes consulting to government, healthcare and consumer brands on both the client and agency sides. Prior to M Booth Health, Lisa was on the communications team at the NYC Emergency Management agency, where she launched the “Ready New York” advertising campaign and drove marketing for the “Notify NYC” initiative, broadcasting geo-targeted emergency information to city subscribers. Before her service in city government, Lisa managed relationships with journalists, pitching stories and organizing media events at a consumer PR agency. She received her master’s degree in public health from Columbia University’s Mailman School and her undergraduate degree from Williams College.
